Educational Standards
Quantum Training Pty Ltd will adopt policies and management
practices which maintain high professional standards in the
development, marketing and delivery of vocational education
and training services and which safeguard the Occupational
Health and Safety, interests and welfare of trainees.
Quantum Training Pty Ltd will maintain a learning environment
that is conducive to the success of trainees. Quantum Training
Pty Ltd has the capacity to deliver the nominated course(s),
provide adequate facilities and use appropriate methods and
materials.
Marketing
Quantum Training Pty Ltd will market vocational education
and training programs with the utmost integrity, accuracy and
professionalism, avoiding vague and ambiguous statements. When
providing information, no false or misleading comparisons will
be drawn with any other provider or course.
Trainee Information
Quantum Training Pty Ltd will provide accurate, relevant
and up-to-date information to Employers of trainees (and where
an individual candidate undertakes a course that trainee) prior
to commencement of the training course.
Each trainee will receive the following requirements to meet
the proper needs to complete the course they are to undertake.
This may include but not be limited to:
- Copy of the Code of Practice Admissions procedures and
criteria Copy of the refund policy
- Total costs / fees to trainees Certification to be issued
to the trainee on completion or partial completion of the
course
- Competencies to be achieved by trainees Assessment procedures
Grievance / appeal procedure
- Facilities and equipment Trainee support services
Recruitment
Recruitment of trainees will be conducted at all times in
an ethical and responsible manner and consistent with the requirements
of the curriculum.
Quantum Training Pty Ltd will ensure that trainee selection
decisions comply with equal opportunity legislation.
Appropriately qualified staff will assess the extent to which
the applicant is likely to achieve the stated competency standards
and outcomes of the course, based on the applicant’s
qualifications and proficiencies.
Refunds
Quantum Training Pty Ltd will safeguard fees paid by trainees
through a refund policy which is fair and equitable.
Quantum Training Pty Ltd will refund an individual candidate’s
fees where the course undertaken does not meet the requirements
of any Australian Standard to which it relates or does not
meet any written advertisement relating to the course.
Quantum Training Pty Ltd does not issue accounts for payment
of fees until courses are complete.
Trainee grievances / appeals.
Quantum Training Pty Ltd will discuss with any trainee, any
grievances they have in relation to any course and will endeavour
to remedy the grievance of the trainee. In the event that grievances
cannot be resolved internally, Quantum Training Pty Ltd will
advise the trainee of the appropriate legal body/(s) where
they can seek further assistance.
Guarantee
Quantum Training Pty Ltd will at all times honour all guarantees
outlined in our Code of Practice.
