/ Cancellation Policy
PAYMENTS:
New Clients
A deposit of 50% of the course costs is required prior to
course bookings being accepted and balance of payment required prior to release
of training certificates. New clients are also required to comply with the
requirements of existing clients.
Existing Clients
Where payment is not received by Quantum Training at the completion
of the course certificates will not be issued until the course payment has
been received.
COURSE CANCELLATION CHARGES:
- 1. If cancellation is made not more than 30
days and not less than14 of the commencement of the course
a cancellation fee of 25% of full costs
is required.
- 2. If cancellation of the course is made not
more than 14 days and not less than 7 days of the commencement
of the course, a 50% cancellation fee applies.
- 3. If cancellation of the course is made less
than 7 days of the commencement of the course, 100%
of the course costs apply as cancellation fees.
